VCW Code of Conduct
1.1 General
The league administration reserves the right to make decisions outside or against the rulebook in special cases to ensure fair play, maintain a smooth-running community, and uphold transparency. VCW is more then a league, its a community connecting wrestling fans and gamers.
1.2 Code of Conduct
Members of the VCW Community and Roster are expected to uphold the integrity and reputation of the league both in-game and across all forms of communication, including but not limited to Discord, social media, and online interactions. The following core values must be adhered to at all times:
- Compassion: Treat others as you wish to be treated.
- Integrity: Be honest, committed, and fair in all aspects of gameplay and interaction.
- Respect: Show respect to all individuals, including teammates, competitors, and staff members.
Harassment & Hate Speech Policy
Harassment, discrimination, or hate speech of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in immediate disciplinary action, up to and including a permanent ban. Specifically, roster members must not engage in:
- Hate speech, offensive behavior, or verbal abuse based on sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, or religion.
- Stalking, intimidation, or any form of threatening behavior, whether online or in person.
- Spamming, raiding, hijacking, or disrupting streams, social media, or league-related discussions.
- Doxxing: Posting or threatening to post personally identifiable information of others.
- Harassment specifically targeting female or transgender members. The league takes special care to ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all members.
- Encouraging, promoting, or advocating for any of the behaviors mentioned above.
1.3 Enforcement & Consequences
Violation of this Code of Conduct will result in appropriate disciplinary actions, which may include temporary suspension or permanent banishment from the league. All reported incidents will be thoroughly reviewed by the league administration team to ensure fair and appropriate measures are taken.
By participating in VCW, all members agree to abide by this Code of Conduct and contribute to a respectful, competitive, and inclusive community.
