Think wrestling and sports-entertainment is a man’s dominated world? Think again, Rachel Cardoza, won’t play nice, and she’ll make you think twice.

Starting out in TBD and being their longest reigning champion. She is the co owner with Geneva. Rachel still frequently visits the TBD shows and training grounds. She and Geneva are friends to this day.

After making her EoW Debut in 2018, Cardoza competed sporadically into 2019 when she finally got her first opportunity at the women’s championship against Madison Cox. She came up short in the contest but she did enough to attract more then 1 set of eyes. She continued to make regular appearances on the weekly show, Rush collecting wins and building up her resume. She captured her first gold when EoW owner Mr. Mayhem introduced the first ever Women’s Tag Team Championships. Rachel Cardoza along with partner Kenzie Williams captured tag team gold. Cardoza’s title reign was cut short when she had to be replaced by Jessie Jewels, after she sustained an injury shelving her for the better part of the next year. She returned at the Elite Rumble entering at 18th, and eliminated 24th by future winner Nancy Quinn who also returned to EoW.

Cardoza formed a veteran driven group called The Dynasty that immediately focused on The Golden Age. After a few months of back and fourth problems, Baine faced off against Dennis Black for the all important VWF Championship. After Dennis Black pinned Baine the group was disbanded and Cardoza went onto manage Baine and Pitbull over the next year.

Rachel Cardoza has ascended to the top of the table to become the owner of the number one online promotion in the world; The Virtual Wrestling Federation. After EoW closed its doors in early 2023, Cardoza stepped up and created the Virtual Wrestling Federation, signing a plethora of top talent from around the world and building a strong developmental system with young superstars like Beaux Wilde, Aliyah Brody, Helena Martinez and Ares.

Rachel got to star along side WWE Legend John Cena in the feature film ‘The Marine 7: Destiny’

As the owner of the VWF and the company’s Chief Brand Officer for Ignition and Adrenaline, she’s aligned her self with a powerful corporate team to ensure the promotion is always top quality.

Cardoza signed a long term, ground breaking deal with Billionaire Network Owner, Earl Dixon to broadcast all weekly shows and Pay Per Views on the Big Earl Networks.

Cardoza seemingly has stepped away from in ring competition, but recently a string of frustrations with long time rival Madison Cox seem to be coming ahead.

Away from the swirling action of TV, Rachel continues to play an active role int he community as a firm supporter of various charities as well as a strong advocate for the ‘You’re A Champ’ anti-bullying campaign. Whether inside the ring or the boardroom, she’s never at a loss for enthusiasm for wrestling. She’s made sporadic appearances on Ignition and Adrenaline.

Rachel has returned to the ring in 2024 reigniting her multiple year feud with Madison Cox. They concluded their match at Wrestle Elite 9 when Madison Cox put Rachel Cardoza through a flaming table bringing an end to their heated and bloody rivalry. One of the greatest women’s feuds of all time. Cardoza taking time off now looks go come back bigger stronger and faster than before. One wonders will she resume her duties as the VWF owner? Or will she step back into the squared circle and chase the ever elusive Women’s Heavyweight Championship.
