The Wrestling world learned today that WWE Superstar Bray Wyatt aka The Fiend has passed away. Triple H broke the news on twitter today and was confirmed by Sean Ross Sapp that he died of a heart attack at the age of 36 due to Covid-19 complications.
Bray Wyatt has had an incredible impact in the wrestling world and has touched many lives through his craft. He was a true artist and one of the most colorful creative minds the wrestling business has ever seen. During his initial run on the WWE main roster, he portrayed the leader of a cult named The Wyatt family with WWE superstars Erick Rowan, Braun Strowman and the late great Luke Harper aka Brodie Lee.
In 2021 Wyatt was released from his contract only to return in October 2022 at the Extreme Rules Premium Live Event to one of the most followed returns of all time.

“Just received a call from WWE Hall of Famer Mike Rotunda who informed us of the tragic news that our WWE family member for life Windham Rotunda – also known as Bray Wyatt – unexpectedly passed earlier today. Our thoughts are with his family and we ask that everyone respect their privacy at this time.”
Windham Rotunda known as Bray Wyatt has been dealing with some every serious undisclosed health related issues that kept him off television for the better part of the year, and the death today has been characterized by family as very unexpected and sudden.
Wyatt was getting healthy according to reports and was very close to a return to television soon.
Wyatt was a third generation wrestler, who’s father was Mike Rotunda better known as I.R.S. and the grandson of Blackjack Mulligan. He’s wrestled in some of the biggest matches of the decade against Randy Orton, John Cena, The Undertaker and Daniel Bryan. He also had a program with Alexa Bliss.
The last act in Wyatt’s career came when he made his final television appearance when he attacked Hit Row in the middle of the ring, and said ‘You’re Welcome’ to the audience as they cheered and chanted “Thank you Wyatt”.
He made his debut on the main roster as part of CM Punk’s New Nexus as Husky Harris.
Wyatt has and will forever have an impact on the Wrestling community. Many characters in leagues and online are inspired by Wyatt’s many personas and characters. The Virtual Wrestling Federation has even recently, had characters inspired by the late Wyatt.
Sinister is inspired by Bray Wyatt and continues to cast a charisma on the main roster.
Brodie Lee and Bray Wyatt will continue to shine the buzzards over the wrestling community with lasting memories and an eternal love for all his fans.
